- Receive your proofs within 12 hours of placing the order
- Approval must be received by 8:00 am PST to be able to ship the same day
- Once the proofs are approved they will be shipped.- Expedite Ship USPS = USPS Priority Mail
- Expedite Ship UPS = UPS Three Days Select
- Expedite Ship FedEx = Fed Ex Express Saver
- Express Ship USPS = USPS Priority Mail Express
- Express Ship UPS = UPS Next Day Air
- Expedite Design + Ship - If you need the design to be expedited along with adding Express shipping.*** Due to weather and career delays sometimes the package can take longer than what they advertise. Once the package is with them I can't do anything other than inquire and see if they have any updates. My shop doesn't have any associations with the shipping careers please consider that.

RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Becuse of the nature of this item I don't accept returns, exchanges. But If you are not 100% satisfied or you are having problems, please contact me ASAP. I want you to be completely happy with your product.
Cancellation / Refunds: Only accepted before the digital files or proofs are sent. Once the files are emailed / sent or cards are shipped NO refunds / cancellation will be given.
Digital FIles: Not accepted after the high-resolution digital file has been emailed to you.
Printed Cards: Not accepted after the proof is emailed to you.
When submitting initially and receiving your proofs please make sure it's exactly the way you want it to be printed. **The proof you approve for print will be the version that is printed. Printed items with mistakes are not available for return, regardless of where the error originated.** Re-prints will be available to you at a reduced cost.ADDITIONAL DETAILS
